Following to a simple request, the firm delivers an evaluation of the fees it will ask in order to draft a legal opinion, or to manage the case of the client.

If the client accepts this evaluation, a fee convention is signed between the firm and the client.

This fee convention details the tasks which will be performed by the firm, and the kind of fee it will perceive.

For the legal opinions and the simple and short-time cases, the fee can consist in a fixed price, which will cover the legal opinion or the all procedure of the case.

Cases which are more complex and long-time cases are generally paid to the firm by a time-tariff based on the hours consecrated to the case.

A success fee can also be proposed by the firm.

The firm regularly delivers to the client a detailed sheet about the time spent on his case, in order that this one is fully informed of the use of the fees.
